After so many Months of looking, i have now found this Beautiful Ancient Hymn being chanted by the Italo-Albanese Byzantine Catholic Monks of Santa Maria de Grottaferrata. The Chant comes from Psalm 136 of the Septuagint, the Greek Translation of the Old Testament. Here is the Lyrics, both in Greek and English

Since the Month of June since i post this Link about the Santa Maria de Grottaferrata Monastic Life, now i have found out the Title of this Chant, which is also the Background Sound of Website of the Italo Albanian Byzantine Catholic Monastery, and has posted it alongside with its Video of Monks chanting it and the Lyrics.
